my wife and I got invited to multiple Super Bowl parties and I kindly declined. First off, NO CHANGE in my viewing. It's been good luck. Second, no one wants to see the emotions that go through me during a game haha. Even my fellow niner buddy tells me to calm down haha. That will never happen.

that's awesome. yeah, I declined too - I'm trying to watch the game and i'm not trying to hear nonsense during the game.

I've mentioned this before, my mom is a 49ers fan but doesn't really follow it, more of a casual fan - but she doesn't trust anyone who's a cowboys fan. hahaha when we were playing the packers, she was watching it with me and i was getting so upset that she quietly left the room. hahah i came in the front room to tell her we had won and she wouldn't even make eye contact - she thought I was going to be a disaster if we lost.

I don't like freak out and yell or anything, I just get so upset if we lose cause of dumb stuff. I've recently learned that my little sister is a 49ers fan, shes much younger than me, so I'll watch the super bowl with her. shes like mahommes though, so I told her if she makes any positive comments about the chiefs - shes getting a stone cold stunner.

Okay negative Nancy. KC has only scored 30+ pts 3 times this yr. They ain't some offensive power house this yr. They don't have the horses.

SF has scored 30+ 10 times this yr.

You're either a sub account of sus or you're just not a fan….because the amount of negativity you put in here is old and stale. All year you've acted like they blow YET they're in the Super Bowl.

Score for score? Why is KC some high flying juggernaut offense? They're 15th in the league in pts per game (SF 2nd).

this yr it's been their D that's got them there. 2nd in points allowed (SF is 3rd).

Went to a watch party for the DET game and there were a couple of superstitious friends there. The entire second half this girl literally faced the opposite direction of the TV because, "the 49ers don't play well when I'm watching". Uhhh, what? She would only turn around to watch the replays.

Missed Aiyuk's tip catch, AA's fumble recovery, the key 4th down stops, all the exciting plays. Isn't that the whole point of watching, is for those splash plays that you off your seat?
