lol right? I'm not all about hugging and kumbaya s**t with another fan base. There's no hate, but what exactly would any of them expect? I'm cool discussing the game.

Im just tired of the KC shtick. The favoritism from the media/NFL and Mahomes ball licking. Toss in the T swift stuff thrown in our face the NFL can get more fans. Every game it's Mahomes tossing his hands asking for a PI or him scrambling around acting like you can't touch him.

My god look at Brock's story…doesn't get any better than that. True underdog who earned everything. Instead of the NFL/media embracing it. They've s**t on the kid constantly.

Cray that they put sod over the astro-turf for the 49ers practice field.

Idk man but it annoys me thay we will have to practice in the rain while they have indoor everything. Lol

Home field advantage that is actually having an effect in a Super Bowl.

Either don't have Home Field advantage in the Superbowl, or have it based on the teams performance during the year.

Nah. If we can't handle practice in the rain we don't deserve a 6th ring.

To an extent...but weather and conditions affect playcalling. It's hard to practice timing and your gameplan for an indoor game when you're playing in the rain. You're altering timing etc because of the field conditions, a wet ball, etc.

Also, can we give a shout out to Patrick Mahommes Sr. for providing a nice big distraction this week? Way to go - getting arrested for his third DUI right before the Super Bowl!

Patrick's Brother and wife have caused far more distractions and Patrick has done just fine.

Sources tell CBS Sports some 49ers staffers are not pleased with the practice field at UNLV, where the NFL designated the NFC champion practice during Super Bowl week. At issue, sources say, is the firmness of the natural grass the NFL has laid over UNLV's artificial turf ahead of the 49ers practicing there.

A 49ers advance group that includes members of the equipment staff and grounds team traveled to Las Vegas last week to check out the facilities. They feel the grass is too soft for the team to practice on, and the team has considered alternatives, sources say.

It's a needless distraction. The 49ers shouldn't be stressing out over silly things like the practice field. Focus on the game. Deal with it.

While the other team gets to practice where the game is being played?

Yeah. Home field advantage.
Initially I didn't think this was a big deal but after hearing Schefter's comments on how the field has cracks and feels like you're running on a sponge I am a little more concerned. Add to the fact that it is outdoors and it's raining in LV today and tomorrow. This is a big advantage for the Chiefs preparation.
How the 49ers are going to be training vs the Chiefs...

Yeah. Home field advantage.

And how do you earn that in the Super Bowl? It is just given to you, it is not earned. Home uniforms are one thing, but you can't make the other team practice on a shoddy field in the rain. It is supposed to rain through Wednesday.

So you're one of those people
All the players better be wearing red gloves on Sunday to try and avoid getting holding calls. Lol

They are practicing at the Raiders training facility in Henderson. They aren't training at the stadium.

Guarantee everyone in here wouldn't give a s**t if it was the Chiefs practicing outdoors. s**t sucks for sure but this team has shown its resilience this year and this is just another test they will pass.

Why don't they alternate? That's a massive plus for them. SF gets a couple days and they get a couple days.
