🏆 SUPER BOWL LVIII PREGAME THREAD - SF 49ERS vs KC CHIEFS 🏆

COMPLETE THE MISSION.
So who is all coming to Vegas? Lol
the 49ers cruised to the Superbowl last time in 2019 with their running game, always playing ahead, and never having to come from behind.

it's been the opposite journey to get back this time around. Ironically, the 49ers are more well-equipped and better suited for a rematch than last time, as a result.

I'll be there and also went to the last 2 49er SBs.

2019 Defense was insane. No one could get by during the season. You might say we have a better squad on paper this year but the outlier has to be coaching. We are totally underperforming. I hope Kyle steps in and says look Wilks time to chat. Don't f**k this up. Get these guys ready.

Damn, we lost the last two. Maybe you should stay home this year. lol
That's awesome man, hope it's a great day for all of us!

It's not just a skill thing, it's a confidence thing as well.

I agree. Seeing these two comebacks is something we just never saw under Kyle, but now they have the QB now and its evolved. To see Kyle admit this and how its valuable experience is interesting and revealing. Almost like he understand the game from a newer perspective.

Obviously a lot will happen between now and next season, but I am going to already argue the offense will be way more deadly next year because they will improve his protection. Since I am far less sure about the defense the offense may need to take the lead regardless.

I saw Kyle grow a lot as a coach in this playoff season. Also, I saw Brock bail out Kyle. There was 3 first downs by Brock running the ball in the 2nd half. I think he saved Kyle by turning down the pass and basically calling his own number to run the ball. I've always felt that once Kyle gets behind in games, he tends to panic a bit and abandon the run. I think he still does panic when he falls behind but now he knows he has a QB that can pull his nuts out of the fire. In a sense, the play call pressure is not all on Kyle, and he can rely on his QB to protect Kyle's play calling.

Kyle definitely gets into a funk when they fall behind. No one was within 10 yards of him on the sidelines when 9ers were down 2 TDs.

But I wasn't rocking my Deebo jersey last two times.

I'll be there with the fam and some friends. Not at the game though. Just going to soak up the atmosphere and party with other 49er fans.

That was totally PI, the defender bumped into Aiyuk and stopped his momentum, its the only reason the defneder was able to make a play on it... If Aiyuk didn't catch it, would've been a big no call... The fact that they even picked up the flag was blasphemy.

He was going for the ball, if that happened to our db y'all would be saying the same thing

lol nope.... Defender can go for the ball, but bumped into Aiyuk slowing him down hence the reason the defender actually has a chance for the pick..... PI or Illegal Contact if ball isn't in the air to 20/20 vision eyes.

@ 4 secs....

this isnt even a debate..

💯. It was "overthrown" because the db pushed him
backwards

It'd be prophetic if you were rocking a Deebo jersey in 2012.

Yea, sit this one out, father.

:-)
Cool fact. The Niners beat every nfc playoff team this year. All 2-7 seeds.

I was thinking about it but for the price to fly my family, hotels, and tickets it would be well over 30 grand. No thanks.
