Wow, that's crazy. They're treating this like an important game and we're treating it like a vacation.

Will the game be played on turf or natural grass ? Because they're walking on turf right now…

The natural grass field is outside in its tray under a tarp to protect it from rain…it will wheeled in mechanically closer to game day. The one being used tonight is obviously a turf field for the dog and pony show:

I understand it's a hybrid turf like they use at the Vikings stadium. It's a synthetic turf fiber that has grass growing through it.

That's not what's used in Allegiant. It's:

• field turf for college bowl/UNLV games (and what's being used for the Opening Night ceremonies tonight

• natural grass for Raiders games and the Super Bowl on Sunday…just like the grass for Arizona's stadium, it is grown in a giant tray and let outside the stadium during the week to allow it sunshine for growth and rolled into the stadium come game time. Tonight, the grass tray is outside under tarp to protect it from rain.

I wish EVERY stadium had some sort of system where they did this. Maybe in the ice cold cities, they can have heated grass outside (somehow keeping them alive and well in the winter) and then wheel it in during game days. Or something like that. Sucks that any professional football player has to play on crap astroturf fields nowadays with all the technology we have to grow stuff.

And people say Brock is short lol.

He's literally almost identical size as Mahommes, even his hands

He's absolutely not as small as the media makes him out to be. On height and weight he is not that far off from Mahomes. He's not a tiny guy. But something about his somewhat stocky build makes him look shorter than he is on gameday and film. He does somehow appear a little smaller I think than what it actually is. Stocky proportions for a QB make you seem slightly wider. Which can appear a little shorter.

Yeah, that was a bit surprising even to me, how he stood next to Patrick.

I don't know how I feel about it right now. If we come out and whoop KC I'll be fine, but it feels like they are prepping harder than us.

Hope that isn't the case.

There's 6 days until the game. Making sure guys stay loose is a real thing. Enjoy the moment for a night and get to work. If you really think none of the Chiefs were having drinks with dinner or even going out tonight, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you.

Meanwhile our HC is drunk on national TV.

I'm not worried about Kyle - it was cool to see him not so tight for a change.
Rest assured it's serious business after tonight.

I do hope our team takes it serious like that though. Having a few drinks and kickin it isn't a big deal on Monday or so - I just hope they don't go too hard and in the middle of the week.

All depends, Kyle said we did a lot of the game planning last week. He said they wanted most of that stuff out of the way before this week started.

both head coaches have been to multiple Super Bowls, specifically Reid. Kyles been to three (this is his third) and reid to six now (3-3, he went to two with the packers). So they kinda know how to handle this stuff.

if we see Kyle hammered on Wednesday, that's a problem. Lmao although on game day, he has the look on his face that he was drinking the night before or so.
