Is Kyle going to choke for a 3rd time?
As if he was the HC (defensive minded HC at that) with the Falcons that gave up a 28-3 lead. Stupid.

If Brock Purdy loses, what makes him any different from Jimmy G? Should niners be looking elsewhere?
Dumb. Yeah, ignore everything he's put on tape since becoming the starter.

We are to the Chiefs what the Bengals we're to the niners of the 80's just another steeping stone on their way to a dynasty.

Also, the whole Goddell and practice field news, if true, just puts the icing on the cake. Basically, telling the niners players shut up
and take it up the ass. Makes me expect them to continue it during game through the refs. The league can do whatever the f**k they want, they don't have to answer to NOBODY.

It sucks, but I'm already preparing myself for disappointment. Another set of great players are going to retire ringless, just like 2011-2014 niners.

I'm sorry man, I want to believe but I've with the s**t we've had to put up in the last decade. And all this Chiefs team of destiny, Taylor swift story line, and Goddell basically taking sides, makes it extremely difficult.

How did you feel when the 49ers were trailing GB and needed a clutch drive to win it? How did you feel when the 49ers trailed DET by 17 and looked like poo in the first half? Don't admit defeat when the game hasn't even started yet.

This will take more heroics than both those games combined.

So you're telling me there's a chance...

And when they drop 50 on KC... There isn't a single thing the NFL can do about it.

Also keep in mind in that Ravens game - not only did the Ravens decide to stop running it. They also got a fumble on the literal goal line, and an awful (non pressured) throw into TRIPLE COVERAGE for an int, and another turnover.

Lots of self destructive things had to happen for the Ravens.

Baltimore lost that game when Flowers went stupid on that drive. The taunting penalty followed by the fumble were colossal mistakes.

A TD on that drive gets it to 17-14, and it's a whole different game at that point.

I lost all respect for Dan Quinn when he let the media blame Kyle for the Falcons choke, even though he was the HC.

Media and fans have said it so much it's become truth. Kyle was the HC that day and choked.

He'll need to be "game manager" + 5-big time plays / off-schedule plays. And more TDs than TOs.

Honestly I think the Chiefs are way overrated right now. Look at their season...

The only playoff team they beat in the entire regular season was the Dolphins 21-14.

Losing to the Raiders, Broncos and Eagles. with so many close games against unimpressive teams.

Both the playoff teams we just played and beat, the Lions and Packers.(games we didn't play our best). The Chiefs lost to both the Lions and Packers.

Most are judging the Chiefs in these current playoffs and their past success, as who they are now. But when you look at this playoff run, it is not nearly as impressive as it looks on paper.

Both the Dolphins and Bills Defense's were decimated by injuries. I mean decimated. Yes, the Ravens win was an impressive win. But still the chiefs only put up 17 points after a red hot start. The ravens who were the best running team in the NFL, for some reason decided not to run the football. There is just a lot to question about the Chiefs even after these playoff games.

The Chiefs offense and Mahomes were below average all season long. Yes, the Chiefs defense has been very impressive but not some historically good defense that some are pretending them to be. I just think a lot of people in the media are pretending that the Chiefs are one of the past teams and not seeing them for what they are currently. Vegas knows, it is why we are favorite even though everyone in sports media thinks the Chiefs are going to win. The 49ers have been a superior team to the Chiefs all season long.

Also keep in mind in that Ravens game - not only did the Ravens decide to stop running it. They also got a fumble on the literal goal line, and an awful (non pressured) throw into TRIPLE COVERAGE for an int, and another turnover.

Yeah, i have no doubt the Ravens are a better team then the Chiefs.Even with all the terrible gameplan, execution and turnovers from the the entire offense, they still only lost by 7 points. Everyone will say but they got Mahomes. But overlook the fact that the QB production of the Chiefs offense all season has been below average at best. If our defense even remotely shows up i think we win easy.

Or, or....he can hand it off to CMC 25 times and go 1000% game manager mode converting a bunch of 3rd & 4s all game long.

I expect stories about Purdy sacrificing cats by Friday.

Should've said, Yes...and the Swifties.

If Brock beats Travis Swift in the SB, he's going to get a bunch of angry tweets from teeny bopper girls all around the world. He better watch his back for the rest of his life if the 49ers win.

.0000000001% chance.

But there is a chance
Let KC lose, Swifties will be upset and spend more money on TS merch in rebellion and as a way to "comfort" their precious idol. Sales will go thru the roof.
The Chiefs have the entire galaxy on their side and get to prep within the comfy confines of the Death Star.

Meanwhile, the 49ers are solidifying their game plan in less than ideal conditions on Yavin IV

I like where this is going.

Hold, OPI, DPI, rouging the passer, unnecessary roughness, etc plenty the league can do about it.
