What year are you talking about?
But either way yes there is a give/take situation. Teams tend to try and get ahead of their weaknesses and I'm sure the Chiefs know where they've been week and will try to load up the box and stop our run game and force Brock to throw and play into their strength.
It will be a chess game to see who can take advantage of the other.
Good news for us unlike in 2019 I think we're a lot more well equipped to attack KC through the air if the run game stumbles for a play or few.

I'm just going to avoid sports media for the rest of the week. Tired of hearing about the chiefs , Swift, and Kielce. And non stop negative s**t about the niners.
Is Kyle going to choke for a 3rd time?
As if he was the HC (defensive minded HC at that) with the Falcons that gave up a 28-3 lead. Stupid.
If Brock Purdy loses, what makes him any different from Jimmy G? Should niners be looking elsewhere?
Dumb. Yeah, ignore everything he's put on tape since becoming the starter.
We are to the Chiefs what the Bengals we're to the niners of the 80's just another steeping stone on their way to a dynasty.
Also, the whole Goddell and practice field news, if true, just puts the icing on the cake. Basically, telling the niners players shut up
and take it up the ass. Makes me expect them to continue it during game through the refs. The league can do whatever the f**k they want, they don't have to answer to NOBODY.
It sucks, but I'm already preparing myself for disappointment. Another set of great players are going to retire ringless, just like 2011-2014 niners.
I'm sorry man, I want to believe but I've with the s**t we've had to put up in the last decade. And all this Chiefs team of destiny, Taylor swift story line, and Goddell basically taking sides, makes it extremely difficult.
How did you feel when the 49ers were trailing GB and needed a clutch drive to win it? How did you feel when the 49ers trailed DET by 17 and looked like poo in the first half? Don't admit defeat when the game hasn't even started yet.

I expect stories about Purdy sacrificing cats by Friday.

Baldy picked the chiefs
The team that wins the Super Bowl is typically the team that is peaking at just the right time.
We haven't played a good game since before Christmas. On that basis, I can see why he picks KC.
Hope he's wrong.
I'm going with...the six game win streak Niners are gonna show up and roll the Chiefs. 38-20 Niners because im done being nervous and scared of the Chiefs. Destruction mode will be engaged

And where did Bosa complain about the refs? He was asked what he thinks of the Chiefs Oline and he answered by saying they hold alot. He didn't say they get away with holding alot. What Bosa said wasn't a lie. Their RT lead the league in holding penalties by quite a margin.

Literally no one outside of this team and its fanbase believes we can win. This team has been doubted all season, they're used to being underdogs. It only fuels them to play better.

We've literally been the favorites in every game this season.
