On this topic, I don't want to play into this too much, cuz ultimately the game will be won or lost on the SB field. This won't impact the outcome.

On SB prep, I imagine a way to approach it is prep as if we were to face KC the weekend after DET. That way we get all our work in, at our facility, and we keep it a normal week. Leave for Vegas ready to play the game.

I like that. This would give the team an entire week of just turnting since game prep is out of the way.

Yeah, Shanahan had the wisdom to make sure they did all their major prep work last week because they know this week is chaos.
My main concern is a player tweaking something on this practice field, or the team isn't able to practice as intensely as they like because the field isn't as good.

Ultimately, it shouldn't be of major consequence, but I do find it to be very disrespectful to the 49ers that the NFL would give them a practice field that's below par, and then publicly brush their concerns aside.

the Toney offsides play occurred with 1:25 left in the game too

Not challenging you but genuinely asking.....would that have counted as a touchdown pass and all the yards that came with it or just count the completion to Kelce part?

good question. it appears Mahomes would get credit in the stats

"Laterals subsequent to the originating play are considered as part of the play from which they originate. The receiver of a lateral is given credit for the yardage he gains from the point he receives the lateral BUT he is not given an attempt, return, or reception on the play. (See Exceptions listed under Kickoff Returns.) For example, a forward pass is completed and the receiver advances 40 yards, then laterals to a teammate who advances the ball an additional 20 yards. This is considered a 60-yard pass play. The first receiver is credited with the reception and 40 yards gained; his teammate, although not credited with a reception, would appear in the pass receiving section with 20 yards gained. If a touchdown is scored as a result of such a play, the player who scores shall be credited with a touchdown via receiving. In any case, the original play determines in what category the touchdown was made.
Well, here is part 1 of my much anticipated(if from no one else, me) preview scouting video on the Chiefs. I tried to take a slightly different approach. Went with the coordinators opening dialogue - 5 keys to success, idea. What are the areas they're going to focus on this week. Check it out and let me know what you think of the format.

Problem with playing this up as Matt is doing is either we win, in which case who cares, or we lose, in which case no one will say 'oh they would have won, if they had a better prax field'. So it's a no win situation here. Unless we win, and then give Goodell a piece of our mind at the podium.
What you guys think of the matchup of Kittle vs KC's linebackers?

Nobody is willingly leaving California to go to KC. Relax

He would if he got to coach Mahomes. Instead of an "AVERAGE" QB.

Bro, you're really on that pipe.

You CLEARLY have never walked the streets in the CA from the Bay Area to San Diego, compared to walking the streets of Kansas City MO 🤣🤣

Idgaf if there's 80% tax and mountains of feces on every street corner, no one is picking KC over SF/SC.

Absolutely people pick other places because of taxes. You shouldn't be proud of 80% taxes BTW. S*** on the streets and drug needles and druggies everywhere isn't ideal either. The situation could be improved. CA has natural beauty and a catastrophe of management.

I live in Seattle now and I can tell you I absolutely miss the culture in California compared to these dumbass, unsocialized crybabies. people don't even know how to have a conversation out here, they're rude as f**k and its like speaking to children. there is no place like California. I would take stockton over most of this country.

I wouldn't take Stockton over most of the country. LOL. It's a horrible pit. You don't want to be that guy. A lot of people act like the "ugly Californian." It's like the Ugly American that travels to Europe. It's a bad, ugly and offensive look. Not saying you personally are trying to be that are that is what you are doing here. Just the we are better at everything and nobody compares is just a terrible look. Highly offensive too.

Certainly not at taxes, outrageous cost of living, homeless, drug addicts, gangs, crime, riots. CA has all kinds of problems. It has good weather and beauty. Those are mostly natural things. Not how it's run.

most people who s**t on stockton have never spent more than a few hours there. I grew up there for most of my life and I fully believe in what I said. Seattle is a s**thole, iv traveled cross country and I personally love stockton and can't wait to go back
The media coverage is so lopsided it's sickening. I'm just experimenting throughout the day since I'm home all day and just tuning in to different stations. Everything is Chiefs this chiefs that. Everyone is picking overs for every Chiefs players and unders for ours lol. The media wants the chiefs so bad

Yeah like why do they even put that? Might as well have added "race; white" as well.
