I think people really underestimate how good the Packers and Lions are. They look at us struggling vs them as a way to knock us down and say we are not playing good. Maybe those two teams are just very good. The Lions had a better record than the Chiefs this season and they beat them. Packers also beat the Chiefs and that was late in the season and they were one of the hottest teams heading into the playoffs. They went into Dallas and destroyed them. So maybe it wasn't so much us struggling but more about those 2 teams playing at a high level.
I also find it funny that Chiefs think they will destroy our defense because we gave up 31 to the Lions. The Lions have a much better offense than the Chiefs. Chiefs scored 371 points this season and the Lions scored 461. The Packers even scored more than the Chiefs.
This right here, especially the Packers. From week 13-18 there were 3 elite teams in the NFL, the Niners, the Ravens and the Packers. The Chiefs are on a tear right now though and that should not be taken lightly.
