Yeah, that may be part of it. If they don't want to give opportunities to minority coaches it's on them more than anything else.

The salary cap was put in place largely because of Eddie D. If they change the current rules they'll find something else to complain about.

Here's a thought. Hire smart people and let them run things instead of meddling in the operations.

Right. And Jed is basically telling them to go pound sand - we hire the best people period. And since they're taking them away from us, maybe they should get better at promoting them internally before that, too.
