Shanafans: Kittle's fault, not Kyle's…

Da f**k you talking about? My god your comments are the worst.

what you don't think kyle had Kittle running any routes? Get open Kittle. Brock read the defense properly. This isn't Madden.

jesus man quit trying so hard with the I hate kyle s**t…it's f**king embarrassing.

So, you are saying it's Kittle's fault, not Kyle's?

I never understand why our fans are so quick to blame the Kyle or the players when the offense struggles. They never want to give the opposing defense any credit. Fans forget that all these players are good enough to be in the NFL. They get paid to do a job whether it's on offense of defense. Sometimes one side performs better than the other. Sometimes it's just about matchups. This constant blame game gets really old.

Sure you tip your cap, on SB 54, and the NFCCG Ls, at a certain point don't you get tired of tipping the cap? Don't you want to be on the other end, the cap tipped in your general direction? I can say in SB 58 I tip my cap to Reid and Spags, they outcoached us. We need a better plan against those guys, next time.

Take this convo to the Kyle thread. This is the one current thread that doesn't have the same repetitive discussion on this topic. Keep this thread for the DC search.

Shanahan on Monday said he expects to have it wrapped up by the end of the week, not Lynch.

This team asked for Spags, Bill Belichick (if that rumor mill account is true). Gotta admit they aim high even when it's very unlikely.

I wonder if we talked to Pete Carroll too while we're at it lol. Or even Jim Schwartz.

Spags made sense, his contract was up. I'm sure they've spoken to a lot of coaches and it's a desirable job.

i don't think bringing in a 70+ yr old guy for a year would have made much sense.

my money is still on a internal hire. I would like a piece of that KC defense though and a little flavor to an already good defense scheme. We will see

They are suppose to talk to one more outsider correct? Merrit is one, who will be the other?
It's going to be Nick Sorensen. Just make peace with it, hope for the best and move on.

I hope not. Not that I don't think he will be good or not, I just want someone from the outside.

I'm pretty sure the Chiefs defense had something to do with that. They had constant pressure on Purdy so the pass routes had little time to develop. The Chiefs DBs did a great job of covering the 49ers receivers. You have to credit the opponents defense when they shut down an offense like the 49ers.

For the record, the 49ers did a good job of shutting down the Chiefs. They only allowed one TD in regulation and that was because of the muffed punt that wet up an easy score. It wasn't like the Chiefs receivers were running wild all day. Kelce did nothing in the first half. When Greenlaw went down he was able to get open more and they started throwing to him.

Bingo. Guess Andy sucks too 🫠

you can always tell who has any sense of football and who doesn't…based on if they agree with me.

fixed it for you…

Thank you! I knew I read something on Monday or so

I've adopted the "hope for the best" attitude, here: Sorenson could be good, with some good ideas that the players buy into. You give a young, smart guy like this an opportunity, who knows?

There was a rumor from one of those iffy Twitter accounts saying we were talking to Marquand Manuel from the Jets. No idea how legit that is.

Personally I'm hoping for Merritt (assuming there are no other hidden candidates). And his talk show segment isn't a minus for me.

By all accounts he'd be a very good hire.
