The next DC should interview and have a plan for our current personnel and how they can maximize the talents of the very expensive personnel we've paid on that side of the ball. They should have thoughts on how we upgrade at the CB position that Ambry Thomas holds, how we can improve our run defense, how we can replace Greenlaw for a year and how we can get home more consistently sacking the QB

I don't care what scheme it is so long as we can limit points punish QBs erase the run game and not give up explosives in the pass game: I want a coach that can bring our defense back to being the reason we can win big games
