I think overall Vrabel presents the right kind of intensity. He's also very detail oriented and his defenses have given the Chiefs in particular a lot of trouble at times. I do appreciate his heavy emphasis on stopping the run and forcing teams into a lot of 3rd and very difficult situations.
Out of all that's out there, I think he might really be the best fit.
Here's a 90 second compilation of the Titans playing like 9 different coverages. I guarantee I missed some but the amount of variety they played all night was insane. Consistently changing their calls, KC had no rhythm on what coverage was going to be called pic.twitter.com/OYjzqdbDcd

Again, the Titans just aren't fooled by anything. I like the double-motion jet pass design, but with the Titans playing in quarters, they're ready to fly and rally. It helps they didn't seem to miss any tackles but it speaks to preparation and discipline pic.twitter.com/99irkDzqAa

Could probably compile a dozen clips but TEN has the best rush plan against Mahomes of any opponent

- One DE gets up arc to not let Mahomes scramble back of pocket
- Crush pocket on interior, not let Mahomes maneuver gaps
- Late stunt to not let him run up middle pic.twitter.com/xqlIh67n7C

There is no way I can sit and watch him chomp that gum EVERY WEEK. 2 times a year was already too many
Yeah, but now he'll be chomping it FOR us! Er.... now we'll be the gum he's chomping! I mean... now it's us chewing him! Metaphor!

He was good when he was DC for the Niners previously.

I don't particularly care how good he was when I was in diapers.

I thought Vrabel ran a 3-4 though? With Bosa wouldn't that be hammering a square peg into a round hole?

Wow, I feel sorry for you. You've never got to experience the Niners winning Super Bowls.
