because DCs who do well tend to keep their jobs and not hit the market
plus the Wide9 scheme ran by Shorts and Saleh have been ridiculed here for a while now. IF change is needed, why keep the same scheme ?
That's not true DCs that do well tend to move on to head coaching jobs.
Successful DCs move on all the time due to no fault of their own do to the HC being fired or not being a fit.
I couldn't care less what scheme they run and the fact that it's been ridiculed here is irrelevant.
Specifically how are Schwartz,Saleh or Zimmer failed DCs?
