We need players 1st and foremost. Scheme is effective but only with competent talent. Run stoppers. Pass rushers. Linebacker. And a new corner. Let's get some of those first. We need an answer for replacing law. Dude is a monster on the field.. issue is he is not on the field often.

"Uuum I think he's a good coach, uuum but not my decision," said Bosa

Interpretation - He's the right guy to have a beer with at the beach, maybe get advice on waxing a surf board, but no, he F'ing SUCKS!!
