Jeff was one of the guys that Kyle wanted last year, but the Jets blocked it.

I don't think Ulbrich gets a DC role this off-season. We should hire him as a ILBs coach / Sr. Assistant. Holland can move to OLBs. Its a similar setup when Ryans was a positional coach on our staff.

And we can target someone like Dennis Allen or Jim Schwartz for DC. Kyle needs his Spags-like DC.

That's a good idea and what I prefer myself, I just want this coaching staff to have as many good coaches as possible. Coaching was a massive let down this year, I prefer Saleh or Schwartz as DC

If they move on from Sorensen I just hope they can find a guy that won't be gone in 2 years. They need some stability at that spot.

ulbrich was with kyle when he was at the falcons

ulbrich learned a little bit under kyle's favorite DC of all time: raheem moriss

ulbrich learned some DC stuff with robert saleh jets woohoo
