Jim Schwartz. We need to get away from the current philosophy. Schwartz is aggressive and he's not becoming a head coach any time soon.

If Sorensen is "retained" for coaching the DBs that will be awkward. Kyle knew he was in over his head and probably why Staley was brought in.

Glad they're moving on from him as DC but in reality have nothing against him or completely blame him for the poor D we saw this year - numerous factors contributed.

By hoping to retain him does that mean ST coordinator ? Or back to coaching the DBs? We will find out.
I was thinking ST as well. Nick is a high school friend and we have the same circle of friends who we still keep in contact with. Yes, we regressed, pure fact. I feel bad for him and feel so conflicted, lives and breathes football since a very young age. Hope he gets another shot later. This will be a good learning experience for him. I'll get off my soapbox now.

A small part of me feels bad that he only got 1 year as D.C. and wasn't allowed to redeem himself but there doing the right thing they can do better than him. Hopefully he stays in some other form but this is the right decision and i'm glad they made it. Same goes for the special teams job,
