The defense looks good so far, but It's only the Jets, so we'll see how they perform over the next few weeks or so .

To me it looked a ton closer to 2022, with layered coverage..that probably puts more pressure on the secondary, but allows more opportunity for lbers to face the play. We saw a lot of lbers turning and chasing last year, this last game..it sure seemed plays came too them more often then they ran them down.

Looks like there might be more covering the grass this year

To be frank, that just works when you have a d-line that is awesome enough to dictate passing windows, snap after snap in 2022 we saw lbers underneath the passing windows the d-line allowed to open.

Didn't Lynch get elevated to the competition committee?

If so, he has plenty of tape to provide from the past 5 or 6 years to be the squeakiest wheel.

We send in tape every week. As long as Goodell is commish, we will always get the short end of the stick

Agree, and they look a little bit like the days when we had both Buckner and Armstead at DT. Teams had to run sideways vs north south back then, and that's when the zone coverages translate faster into run support.

Apparently they send in a tape to the league office EVERY WEEK. Makes no difference.
