He did. Still curious why he didn't with us. I'd be alright giving the ball boy a shot if he could return the defense to the Saleh/Ryans days…

I feel like Dre was the spark plug that ignited this squad, he's still the biggest cheerleader even on the sideline. I hope he comes back soon and hasn't lost a step.

It really sounds Saleh is gonna take the year. I mean he has $5m a year coming for two years. I guess maybe I would skirt a bit too.
That means Nick needs to pour it on strong the rest of the way.

Next year? We all know how Kyle holds on. If Nick is a good yes sir guy and Kyle likes him, he may be here the long term despite the end of year ranking.

If the defense has bad stats and we miss the playoffs, nobody is guaranteed anything long term.

Meh, not focused on acquiring Rob and that they have confidence in Nick. Not the right answer Lynch lol

We are pretty much screwed this season, I think. It would have to take a pretty strong turnaround and I just don't know. It's not feeling optimistic.

Why would Saleh return to San Francisco in the midst of all of this turmoil? If things keep going south its reasonable the whole lot of them get turfed, why come here? One thing I've noticed a lot of this year is that Sorenson seems to have changed how the DB's are passing off receivers in certain types of coverages. There have been so many times this season where the DB's have blown coverage assignments, leaving WR's running free back there. Ward has been seen shaking his head constantly at the blown assignments. Is the scheme the problem?
