The issue is there is very little adjustment. Its basically this is what we do go beat it.

I understand that teams when they play the Niners D have to have a short-quick passive game to counter our strength, but if you can't stop the run, good QBs will eat us alive, regardless of personnel (ex: Stafford)

Linebacker and safety play is a big issue right now. Getting blocked too easily and not filling gaps. Even Warner wasn't great yesterday.

Graham got cut and Winters isn't very good himself. It's basically Greenlaw or bust now.
The 9ers ignoring the back 7 has finally bit them hard.
I disagree on Fred. He's been great for the most part. He just can't do everything.
