They both are to blame, honestly. I saw the D up to its same old tricks giving Geno all day to throw and convert third and longs though.

i say hire an experienced coordinator who has his own proven system and allow him to implement that system, with his own guys.

Jeff Ulbrich SHOULD be the guy Shanahana goes after. I f**kin hate the fact that Shanahan gave Sorensen the job. Should've just let Staley run the offense. He's turned a defense around in one year before.

Yea, we have to get back to making good moves. Things changed when we lost Mike McDaniel (sp), Saleh, and Ryans. Maybe KS isn't the readon why we had success in the past.

I know it takes a collective but hiring your underachieving buddies isn't the answer either.

We tried to build the d line with free agency and have failed miserably. Hargarves and Floyd have been bust signings.
