Said it in another thread that I think we weren't looking to trade for a DE because we had Matos coming off reserve soon.

Ya I don't think we've seen the real gross-matos as I don't think he's been healthy at all even the games he played

Makes a lot of sense. Niners get Gross-Matos back playing healthy and they've got another impact player on the DL - at DE and inside at times. Add in the newly-acquired K. Davis and the DL depth is starting to look better and better.

With Matos getting close to healthy, Anderson and SamO playing pretty good and signing the KD twin, the DL should be seeing better days

he'll be active on Sunday. Kyle said he was bothered by a late pre-season injury that never healed correctly, but good to go now. haven't seen much from him yet, but we can sure use the help on the d-line, especially with Bosa banged up.
