He was man handling guys out there

He gives me Cowboy vibes. Dude is strong as hell and plays with insane leverage. A lot of that stems from wrestling. He went 48-0 as a high school wrestler and won the state championship. I always tell young guys that aspire to play in the trenches that wrestling is the best thing to do outside of football.

49ers traded in their high cut/tall IDL for squatty, explosive IDL this offseason So far, it's working out as intended.

Yea, he's an animal!
Collins plays with incredible contact balance and base. This is definitely a clinic on marrying hands and feet. He's so violent and explosive with his jab steps and clubs. The way he's constantly chaining moves together and attacking in different directions reminds me of Taz from the Looney Tunes.

lol vs #69 at the 4 second mark. Broke his ankles.
We paid chump change for him and he's honestly looked better than hargraves entire niners career
Not getting enough praise. Dude is a beast on film. His ability to get off blocks and penetrate, in both pass and run game is uncanny. Easily the best DT on the Niners this year. Is a vet but plays like someone who is hungry for first big contract.

I saw him use that Reggie White move a few times. Violent hands indeed.

YES, Collins loves mixing in that hump move as a counter off the jab stepped speed rush.

Kind of crazy that we had them both and couldn't keep either.

Blame Wilks for SJD. SJD was pretty solid with the Rams.

Should have hit him even harder.

(I don't think he was targeting his throat specifically, but rather trying to get a good general shove in on the INT return and ended up hitting him a bit high).
