I don't get why this guy is not the backup. He literally proved just last year that he can step in for a game or two and play well. I feel like Allen will be a statue and suck

He was benched for Nick Mullens, lol.
The market made it clear what teams think of him.

Allen imo from what i gather, it's ball out on time accurate and quick. Dobbs it doesn't come out as accurate or as in rhythm. that's the reason. Dobbs i am sure will play if Allen is not getting it.

You guys didn't watch chi vs Minny mnf? I saw enough of Dobbs as a passer. So he plays well by running around 3rd stringers in preseason and that's what you think? We know what Dobbs is. Now let's see what Allen has.

Dobbs is fools gold, he plays good enough to lose you the game. But it would be interesting to see what he does with this team.

let him get the game next week. keep brock healthy. and dobbs can face his old cards. just a drive but dobbs looked good. he may be QB2 going forward

So obvious he is better than Brandon Allen. Everyone could see it except KS. He might have given us a chance @ GB.

Kyle obviously felt that Dobbs is better than Allen when you have less structure / consistency from the OL. Now that the OL has regressed even from last year he swapped their positions.
Ideally neither one is the #2 next year. There are better options out there.

I wouldn't mind Dobbs back but I don't think they will want to pay the QB 2/3 any $ due to Brock's # skyrocketing.

Looking forward to him playing vs AZ. Ironic that is the season finale against their former qb. Watch, he wins and ppl will be cryin to have Dobbs as QB1 lol
