Kyle, the backstabber, is trying to lower Brock's potential deal!

Just seeing him the last drive makes me wonder why did he start Brandon Allen against the Pack

I think it is the right thing even without injuries to Brock. Allow him to showcase himself in this offense to any that runs it.
Dobbs gets a chance to earn the #2 job permanently. Allen never really earned it in the preseason. I think he should walk and JD brought back

Why bring any of them back

Dobbs gonna try to be Darnold 2.0
Tanner>Allen
Whoever is drafted this year should be #2 next

He's trying to keep him out of 1st place for INTs on the year.

Seeing him last season made me wonder. But Shanahan knows all.

So now you're going to pick your starting QB based off a late game performance against a bad defense?

He over valued the QB knowing how to run the system and under valued how bad the OL would disrupt that system. Allen probably still knows the playbook better than Dobbs but his immobility along with the bad OL play also has proven to negate that advantage. So Dobbs overall functions better in the chaos.

Yea I think we're drawing a lot of conclusions based on a garbage time possession for one player and a single start for another guy on the road against a playoff team.
