Seeing him in preseason is what made me wonder.
Seeing him last season made me wonder. But Shanahan knows all.
So now you're going to pick your starting QB based off a late game performance against a bad defense?

I love the lynch take on Dobbs. He has done well every time we put him out there. He is exciting. We wanted him based on what we saw when he was with the cards. What do they actually do? Put him behind Allen. Never made sense to me. Irrelevant at this point but highly irritating.

If Jordan Love's injury is serious... Kyle should do Lafleur a solid and release Dobbs monday.
Dobbs looked nice early on, but when you have Jennings and Guerendo (who are back ups) leave the game... then you're stuck with 3rd stringers. Still moved the ball and put up points. I think he showed enough that Lafleur wouldn't mind having him backing up Willis... if Love's injury is bad.
Edit- oh ok just checked, Love's injury doesn't seem that serious.

Dobbs is not the answer at backup. Just another hole to fill
