The 49ers are signing former Green Bay Packers RB Patrick Taylor Jr. to a one-year deal, per source. After facing the 49ers in the playoffs, Taylor now joins them.

A guy we will completely forget exists until he explodes for a big run in the 4th quarter of a preseason game. Then we will have guys saying he should stay over Mitchell until he is ultimately released

Was he the guy who had a good ass long run on an 3rd down I think against us in the playoff game? Then again anyone who ran the ball went off every carry that game smh

CMC is 28 next year, Mitchell is hurt all the time, Mason is unproven. I'm not mad if they go after a Benson, Wright, Brooks or Corum. Allen or Lloyd in R4 I'm not mad at either.
