A question for you guys

Do you 49er fans hate us as much now that Rodgers is gone? Do you guys hate us less too after you've beaten us 5 straight playoff games.
My Packers hate was never tied to Aaron Rodgers.
Personally I never really hated the Packers. Obviously some of the playoff losses back in the day were pretty brutal (I think 1995 season was the worse because I really didn't see it coming). But I have always seen them as a kind of 'peer' team, rather than a bitter rival like the Rams, Seahawks and Cowboys.

Mike Holmgren stole our identity and used it against us. Successfully might I add…with a quarterback that had a knack to play outside the playbook. An interesting video is to watch the play by play NFC wildcard game vs the 49ers. They interview players and you'll see Packers players talking about dummy audibles to fool the defense. Basically using our playbook to fool us.

Thats where the deep seated hatred for the team begins. The younger crowd likes to pick on Seattle or the Rams, but if you grew up in the 80s 90s you'd have to hate GB and NYG behind only the Cowboys…
My memory goes back a long time, to before we were rivals, and I never hated the Packers because of Aaron Rodgers. I still vividly remember getting our asses kicked by the Packers for the better part of three decades with the exception of the Harbaugh years and the Shanahan years. That said, I think the tide is turning again, and not in the 49ers' favor. We'll see just how good our FO is if they can turn our core over and remain a contender in the process. It appears you're building a squad and that you may have found a third good QB in a row. There's always the chance that the Lions will revert back to being the Lions we all know, so you guys might have the division on lockdown again soon.

I hated them as a kid (Favre years), but it wasn't full on like the Cowboys as you said. I hated that they kept beating us, but I didn't wish bad on the franchise lol.

It helps a bit, but I'll never get over it lol. If we were some ho hum team that squeaked into the playoffs or a mid level team that was never going far (2002 49ers for example), there is no real hate. But the Packers stopped a chance at a definite Super Bowl in my opinion (1995) and a possible second one (1997). And thet did it by taking one of our own and becoming us. It isn't, even at its height, Cowboys level hatred.
Rodgers wasn't the issue, it was Favre for me and only because of those playoff games in the 90s. I watched Rodgers play in person in high school lose to my high school. I loved watching him early in his career.

Now I can't stand him because of what a douche he's become.

I don't hate you guys at all. I have some relatives and friends in that state (not Green Bay area). I've been to Lambeau Field many times for games. Been to that Oneida Casino too. I like Lambeau Field and the tradition. Have you been down the snow slide with the innertube? I see it on TV. Looks fun. I never did it. I haven't been since that put that in. But it looks like lots more stuff and food and drinks in the parking lot. They built up a lot out there.
I used to hate the Pack but only when Favre was the QB. I liked Rogers, and generally like the Pack ever since Favre left. The only two teams I detest are the Seahawks and the Cowboys. I will always cheer against them.
My dislike for the Packers dates back to Favre era. Pains me to say this but you guys owned us then. Tables have flipped more recently but it makes for a great rivalry! This years playoff game was no exception. Phenomenal game!
Your obsession with the 49er fan base hating your team is weird ngl

In fairness some of them do. So the perception is there. I honestly think more 49ers fans hate the Cowboys, Seahawks and Chiefs. I'm pretty neutral towards the Packers.
I lived in Appleton for 25 years. I haaaaated the Packers in the mid 90's and early 2000's but it's hard to hate a team that you kick the crap out of every time you play them which has been the case as of late.

Only hated the packers in the 90s. We own you guys now.
I hated the Packers more than any sports team since I was born in 91 and my early memories were the Packers beating us.... but now I hate Mahomes and the Chiefs more than any team.
