He was shot in chest area, upper, and I am watching on iPad and can pinch the video bigger. I do see red on the upper back area like blood. shoulder? Maybe an exit wound.

Again, I don't follow him. I was searching for news. He reported what SF PD told him. Supposedly. But yeah, maybe he should be careful before reporting early but he was not far off.
