I keep hearing 49er coaches, Greg Papa and reporters rave about Pearsall. They talk about his speed and ability to get open. They talk about him like he'll be the second coming of Rice. I confess I didn't see him play much in college and he may be really good but can they at least wait until he gets in a game and shows what he can do. Looking good in practice and drills is great but games are way different.

I'm extremely surprised to see him this early. But good for him. Hope he is healed up enough and plays well. He must have an adamantium skeleton.

i expect a snap count but he may make some splash plays out there, but he is getting his feet wet

Is he still sub 200? Don't see many receivers under 200 that can hold up to NFL hits. Hopefully he can dodge hits aka Brandon Lloyd. If we get a much faster version of Kendrick Bourne I will be happy.
