SWB Ricky Pearsall-WR-Florida; 31st Pick 2024 Draft - NO politics

From just watching some replays, Ricky was running decent routes but was rarely Purdy's first look. They were definitely going to JJ and Deebo on first down on throws.
Ricky is cooking out there. The primary factors that are holding back his production have nothing to do with his ability(ex: lack of targets/miscommunication with Brock). He's going to be fine.

This and force feeding Deebo who stunk last night
I have been seeig why they drafted him in the first now.

He separates and gets open downfield.

Just have to have someone get him the ball.

2 weeks in a row Pearsall beats his defender on the deep route. All it takes is a nice pass to hit him in stride and it's an easy TD. Brock with a bad pass.

its not Ricky. It's Purdy.
Chase Daniel said in his recent video about Purdy tape that Ricky is going to be a really good player
If Ricky was George Pickens he would've blown tf up already rookie or not
This guy gets open, Jennings, and an expensive Aiyuk will be back. Add Kittle and possibly McCaffrey and they'll be more than alright.
Look how fast he got out of his route to block on that Deebo dropped pass. He exploded to the defender and started to block. I was impressed with that
Love seeing Ricky getting the ball today

I don't see anything special in this guy. He's the kind of player you can easily find in the 3rd-5th rounds

Rookie year, + preseason injury, + being shot. Considering those two setbacks in a learning year I'm willing to give him a break. Aiyuk didn't exactly light things up his first year either, and he wasn't shot.

This. He should have never been drafted as high as he was. Not a first round talent.

Aiyuk actually had a good rookie year. But otherwise I agree with you.
