it's all about the quality of the routes that a WR runs rather than speed or size.

It's not the number that's important, it's what you do with it
It's true, I've heard that from women my entire life
LMAO. "Not the size of the wave but the motion of the ocean"
I highly doubt he keeps 14, will most likely change it once cut downs happen and he has more
options. Brock was originally 14 but switched to 13 after cut downs.

Yeah, I don't think he keeps it either and I forgot BP was 14 for a while.

Dude did 17 reps on the bench at the combine, so he's pretty strong.

I mean he was back up to over 190lbs at his pro-day. 6-1 190lbs is pretty standard. He's the same size as Adam Thielen and similar to Amon-Ra St. Brown/diggs, a little bigger than Emmanuel Sanders.
If he can maintain a weight of around 195lbs, I think he will be more than fine size wise.

yeah shows he's willing to do the work. He can get to around 195 and not mess up his suddenness, that will be ideal.

He seems like a guy who will want to "prove" himself to Deebo and the dogs. I see him getting built

Yes, it wouldn't surprise me if he has a great season and averages 4 or 5 possessions a game.

I bet in an NFL weight program he hits 200.

His best skill is his ability to run routes and YAC so those things will come in handy with an extra 5-10 Lbs of muscle.

Matt Maiocco on #49ers rookie WR Ricky Pearsall:
— Coach Yac 🗣 (@Coach_Yac) May 30, 2024
"My first impression is the same as my second impression, which is Ricky Pearsall and Brock Purdy look PRETTY good working together on the field… Pearsall looks like he's going to make an impact year 1."
