Yea, let's have a roster cut protect Purdy while he is in

Plus Puni needs all the snaps he can get.

what snaps.. the dude been been playing and starting in college... we know he's gonna make the team, lets for once give a healthy player a chance to be in the team.. he's raw talent will be useless if he's out w/an injury the next 2 months.. then he'll be more behind..

This could be the draft that hopefully gets us over the hump. Exciting times ahead

I hope so, and I think you are right.

Hopefully it's another 1986 draft all over again.

That was pretty fire, too bad Willis didn't do s**t with that though.

wild you don't need to invest a 1st rd pick at OG to find a damn good one.

To be fair, you can say that for a lot of positions.

A 1st round pick in the 3rd round. Pro Bowl level Guard and maybe Tackle. At offensive line. Our most important need. That's amazing. He's even getting national attention from offensive line guys. He's the best pick so far and it's a desperate need. So happy to have him.

Great, so we have 2 starting quality OL, 1 after trent retires this year.

Meh not really…OT/EDGE/QB etc are filled with high end picks that are making the big $. Sure you can find guys later. Usually it's the other way around.

A s**t ton of starting IOL across the league aren't 1st rd picks.

premium positions more often than not require higher picks to get that guy.

Is the kid from Michigan playing.. Haven't heard much of his in awhile
I wonder if we will consider putting Burford at LG now that Puni is locking this down (at least while banks recovers).

I've always felt like left side was more proper for Burford. That's where he mainly played in college.

I don't want Burford anywhere but off the team.
