Yup. Definitely a trend. Experience with limited upside.
I don't like older players as I feel there is a noticeable difference between 23/24 year olds and 19/20. The 23/24 are more mature physically. I feel like any advantage they possibly had in college physically is obviously completely gone in the NFL.

Although one advantage another poster brought up is these players should be ready day one, atleast physically. There really shouldn't be any waiting. Hopefully they can catch on mentally quick. We're a team that needs to win now and the window is rapidly closing so I get that.

You're going to see more players than ever before in that age range being drafted cause if the eligibility rules changing from Covid. There are numerous guys who are coming back for a seventh college season and even 8. It's wild

FINALLY we get an ELITE pass blocking lineman!!!! Damn his numbers are ridiculously elite. Bye bye Banks next year. Now we can spend that money on extending a player like Lenoir or Huf

If he's elite how did he fall this far?

Small hands

Heard there pretty puni

First pick and this one could become starters, reached on the 2nd. Gave up our 3rd and a 4th for this pick. Could we have not gave up the 4th to move ahead of the Ravens for the OT

Ricky is going to be a beast in this offense from day one. I have no doubt after watching his tape. His floor is quite high, especially in this offense. He's going to live in that middle deep game that Brock throws open so well. I think makes this offense even more dynamic immediately. A+

All of these guys are 24 I think. This speaks to a win-now window. And they all seem poised to jump in and contribute.

YES!!!!!!!! I graded him a top 64 guy. Dude fits our scheme great and can play every interior OL spot.

Well I think they just draft a left Guard. Now they will move him to the right side sit him for the year and play him at left Guard next year after Banks walks.
So far this is one of the better drafts for the Niners, can't wait for tomorrow now. LFG!!

Good chance to start at right tackle!

Feliciano competition. Burford won't make roster if another interior guy is selected.
I wish the Niners had been able to move up and get a couple more 3rd rounders. Listening to NFL Network they're saying the talent really drops off this year. It was great in the front 3 rounds but the depth isn't there in later rounds. it's more of a crapshoot than ever from here on. just roll the dice and hope.

Reminds me a lot of traditional Steelers/ravens drafts. Most of mature and developed players who can contribute quickly and not need a few years to become a relatable player.

It really depends on the position. Still some quality OL will be around. Good LB talent still around.
Solid pick. We really need Burford off this roster.

If being 24 is the only reason our guys dropped then I'm definitely loving this draft!
