I don't like older players as I feel there is a noticeable difference between 23/24 year olds and 19/20. The 23/24 are more mature physically. I feel like any advantage they possibly had in college physically is obviously completely gone in the NFL.
Although one advantage another poster brought up is these players should be ready day one, atleast physically. There really shouldn't be any waiting. Hopefully they can catch on mentally quick. We're a team that needs to win now and the window is rapidly closing so I get that.
