Per "the ringer", On Mr.Puni " He's a runaway beer truck on the move, regularly bowling over defenders when pulling or moving to the second level. He targets well and engages second-level defenders, pushing them out of the play or onto their back "

So far this is one of the better drafts for the Niners, can't wait for tomorrow now. LFG!!

Reminds me a lot of traditional Steelers/ravens drafts. Most of mature and developed players who can contribute quickly and not need a few years to become a relatable player.

Totally agree, in these times and this generation kids needs a little more time to mature and actually take their lives and future seriously. This is a good draft and these first 3 players will heavily contribute to the teams success earlier than later IMO.

Adam Snyder 2.0, can play every position. Most likely backing up c/g this season and start at RG next season
I sure hope he is better than Adam Snyder. Need Puni to develop into a long term starter.

My guess is they were ok with Haynes or Puni and once one of them went, they quickly moved up to grab the other.

Burford's competition.

Feliciano competition. Burford won't make roster if another interior guy is selected.
Would be wonderful if he beats out Feliciano. Feliciano then competes with Brendel to start @ C. Iron sharpens iron.

We don't know. Good guess though. Lol
One tweet mentions 303 lbs, another one says 313

Dude is already better than Barford and might give McMisFit competition

Well pretty much needs to be from day 1. He's already older than him and making more money.

FINALLY we get an ELITE pass blocking lineman!!!! Damn his numbers are ridiculously elite. Bye bye Banks next year. Now we can spend that money on extending a player like Lenoir or Huf

If he's elite how did he fall this far?

I guess not allowing a sack and one quarterback hit in two years does nothing for you. You're alone on this one. Sometimes players fall because they go to smaller schools and what not
Nice. Feel good about this one.

Wonder who are the others.

Would prefer to him to start the competition at RT this season. He's obviously got the size for it and his skill set is pass protection, from what I read he's not a mauler in the run game and struggles at times to move his guy back.

Banks is decent enough at LG, he's not going to beat him out. Feliciano showed year that he's more than capable of being a starter, he was solid in the run game and was no slouch in pass pro as well.

I'm really hoping they start him off at RT, that was also his college position anyways.
What picks were given up to get him? Thought it was a 3rd & 4th only. Did we give up a 6th as well?
