I'd rather sign Justin Blackmon from the Colts, as we almost assigned him last year if it wasn't for us telling him that Huf would have the position when he was healthy.

this guy would be half as expensive as Huf and way less injury prone

He got trucked a few times by players having no business going through him. On occasions he let up cause he didn't want to get a penalty and other times he was exhausted from giving 💯. I think Malik will be better and stronger this season. The game will slow down for him and someone is about to get the business.

I use the term "run the alley" often when writing-up safety prospects. Necessary tool/skill from split-field alignments.

Urgency. Eyes (key the run) + play-speed. And the willingness to tackle.
