YOU actually mean, for SHANNY to be MORE patient.. right?? Cause no RB can run for over 200 yards in a single carry..

What the f**k are you talking about? Dude wasn't patient enough to wait for the lane to open. It was the same s**t in college. This has absolutely nothing to do about Kyle.

cool your 220lbs and you run a 4.3, doesn't matter if you have zero vision as a RB. Also for a guy that big, he's actually pretty bad at breaking tackles from what I saw.

Bobby Turner has to coach him up much like he did with Mason.

And I don't know if that's something you can teach. Mason's vision on the other hand is top notch.
how can we judge IG from just one carry.. lol

LOL.. ask the SHANANNIGANS here.. lol..

Walter Payton did not gain a single yard in his first game... Rashaun Woods 1st catch was a TD... RW McQuarters had a pick sick in his 1st play..

.. and after one carry on a bad call play for a rookie, the dude suddenly aint much of a RB..

.. you ever played football at any level?

... how many yards did you gain on your 1st carry? ?
get him more touches, we can't overuse Mason, its a long season, he has the speed to take one to the house
He has the size and speed that can be a big fctor for this team. I'm not familir with the system he played in while at Louisville. It may take him time to learn the zone blocking offense where it's one cut downfield instead of dancing around trying to find an open spot . Certainly way too soon to give up on him.

EVEN if he doesn't have the speed to take it to the house, NY85 can't suddenly be a SUPER EXPERT after a rookie RB's first carry.. had Shanny given him the ball about 10 times, who knows.. maybe he'll have 2 yards..

NY be funny... dangg.. lol
I see what people are saying about his vision, or lack thereof .

He's fast, no vision or wiggle though...
He was ok but they could've had an UDFA doing the same s**t

At least he fell forward and was getting positive yardage... and held on to the ball.

Would like to see him on more tosses and some screens...

Hell how about we use him/his speed on some jet plays?

Edit- as far as his vision... at least he has some great RBs to learn from. McCaffrey and Jordan Mason (who has amazing instincts and vision).

For a guy with his size and speed, Guerendo could not be easier to tackle.
Not a good sign.

I mean yeah. That was on film. His film for his ridiculous measurements #s was very underwhelming. You could see he's not a natural RB

I consider him an athlete. He definitely can be a mismatch when he learns the offense. I see him being used like juice, not necessarily as a blocking FB.
Who the hell are we going to see help Mason out if this kid can't get the job done?
