Still NOTHING. No scouting reports. Because you don't have any. You got called out and couldn't produce the proof.

Did you read the scouting reports?

I watched the games and followed the program. I got my own scouting report.

So you watched a lot of Louisville games down in SD?
is this the same scouting criteria you used when grading rashaad penny?

Literally the first 6 that came up that arent team websites (skipped over 49ers.com, Steelersdepot, etc.)

I said it before but I am actually done here this time. Now go ahead and have the last word and try to make yourself sound smarter than any of the draft sites that do this for a living.

Lets test your theory. Here is what it ACTUALLY SAYS. It doesn't say what you said it would say. Since you didn't read it.

Weaknesses

* Even with his athleticism and overall physical intangibles, Guerendo doesn't possess a lot of lateral or horizontal burst.

* Has a tendency to over-rely on outside runs or cuts to the outside. Will have to improve his rushing between tackles.

Exactly what I said. But not at all what you said it would say. Here is to your very first time reading it. Because you didn't until now.

I watch pretty much all Wisconsin Badgers games and have been to a lot of them. I have relatives and friends in that area. Seen some Louisville games. But I haven't been to those. Penny tore his knee and was not the same. He actually was coming on if you look at the games. But then got hurt and was not the same. I watched him at SDSU.

I don't care if you do. You are wrong then.

Here is another one you didn't read.

* The journey to the 2024 NFL Draft for Louisville's Isaac Guerendo certainly has been an untraditional adventure. He's never been the leading rusher of any team during his college career and hasn't been playing the running back position for all that long.

Weaknesses

* While he possesses exceptional top speed, I wouldn't classify him as a sudden back with exceptional foot quickness.

* Upright runner who shows occasional limitations to instantly drop his hips to make quick cuts in traffic consistently.

* Can be a bit impatient and bounces runs outside prematurely when rushing lanes aren't clearly forming early in the rep.

Is it a bit concerning that Guerendo was never able to take the leading role in any collegiate backfield?

It says what I say. The opposite of what you said it would say. Here is to your first time reading it.

Its his uncles cousins nephews godfather that he knows
No I have relatives and friends there. I go to a lot of the games. I watch almost all of the ones I don't go to on TV. I follow the Badgers as much as the 49ers.

The reviews pretty much say what I said.

* Not playing to timed speed.
* Bounces outside quickly.
* Not as good or likely to stick inside.
* Wasn't always the starting full time back.

It doesn't say what you said it would say. But you didn't even read them anyway. Interesting enough when I posted them they actually align more closely with me.

Also, he clearly slowed himself and went down purposely on the long run against the Seahawks, so your comment about him "consistently getting caught from behind" is you talking out of your you know what.

Well I said awhile back he is not what people think he is. He is fast, but does not look like a 4.3 guy...he does not shift gears very well on a football field, but in daylight he can run by people...he is big..but does not run with power....even if he often takes a crowed to get him down....

The he does not have vision.....I just can't agree with that....I don't see that....at....all....

Far to many times he sets his blockers up, weaves though traffic... he must have hurdled people...like at least 8 times. The dude is a heads up runner, he is not a low guy that just absorbs random impacts and just powers though...the dude looks for day light. All those screens and dump off passes that he looked for blocking to break off a chunk play. All the times he looked to chip or pick up a blitz...

The dude does not have an awareness problem.

I think the biggest problem is the dude does not have the quickness or feet to be a WR, and he probably should have been one...so he ended up as a 3rd down/ change of pace back. As a RB he can't plant and go, I don't think he has that one step burst that works so well in the NFL.

I do not think he is some huge weapon in the NFL, I think the dude should be a 3rd down utility back. Let him work in the passing game, let him pass block...but who knows.....Maybe the dude totally proves me wrong...lord knows he is on the right team to do that. 49ers have a long history of getting guys over 5 yards without getting touched. They might be able to feed this dude enough daylight that he can hit top gear and chew off chunk plays.

Guy has an odd mix of unfair criticism and unrealistic expectations imo....we shall see

Could he be an eventual Juice replacement, tho?

I know this topic has been done to death, but I just noticed Shanahan in the post-game locker room speech (which I don't usually watch because, as much as I love Coach, his rah-rah stuff is a bit cringey!), he actually congratulates Guerendo for going down on that long run, and says "That was smart, man.".
Makes me think that was definitely the call from the sidelines.

the dude is unselfish ....I think he is a pretty smart player...multiple examples of good clock management on his part and getting out of bounds to save time when he need too vs trying to be a hero and just out run everyone or a hog that would waste time to get a few more stats along the way to a loss.

I don't t think he is a stats guy, more of a get the job done kind of guy.

Maybe he made the wrong choice in sliding, or maybe he was farther from the sideline then he thought and figured he better get down in bounds once he was tripped up...I don't know....

but he either

A. gave up his first TD for what he thought was the betterment of the team.

B. made sure to get down IN BOUNDS as he was being tackled.

Point is he was THINKING of the team in both cases....

If he was wrong on the slide, that is much easier to coach up for next time, vs a glory hog that wanted his touches/tds or whatever...

Both scenarios point to a dude who is a team first kind of guy that is THINKING.... I would happily take either scenario.

dude I hope with all my being that is the plan....(and he can be an impact run blocker)

Man I really hope for that....I want our Roger Craig 2.0 soooo badly....

I thought I saw him take a carry from the up back position last sat...I was busy and am not 100% sure...but dude I did a happy dance.

in a perfect world, this dude adds 15 pounds and they slot him in as a utility back....he 100% has the mentality for it.
