The Niners haven't had a RB that can straight up erase leverages like this with raw acceleration since Mostert. Guerendo is fun to watch.

I've seen CMC do that a few times

He is a rookie, given time I am sure the pass blocking will improve. He has some real glaring signature screw ups, but this is really early in his career

FWIW

Running back Isaac Guerendo finished the game with the team's best pass-blocking grade, earning a mark of 79.1

It was only his 2nd start at RB ever, including college. RBs need to block a lot more in the NFL so he has tme to learn. He's got the size to be able to do it.

That run was a beauty! The S is coming up quick thinking he's got the edge covered and Guerendo turns on the jets to run right around him.

Yep
Unbelievable. It's just getting almost comical at this point.

Big red flag for me. Can't last two games with a heavy workload. I'm glad we draft these guys at the top of our draft.

Abanikanda and Taylor, and Vaughn on the Practice Squad, are all we have left right now. It really is unbelievable.

this guys is not an everydown back and never will be.

he is an excellent change of pace/right spot guy.

I agree. In my opinion, those guys don't need to be drafted in the 4th round.
