Sounds like he is the exact opposite of his pops. Introvert with nowhere near the receiving skill his Dad had. Then again there aren't many that have the talent TO had. He was a unicorn 🦄
His dad was reserved when he came into the league, too.

True, that. One of the guys who ran one of the Booster Clubs told me that they had invited him to a meeting (possibly a dinner, can't remember) and he was so shy he barely said a word. It took him some time to open up. Which isn't to say that he has inherited his Father's receiving skills!

All that tells me is he's not an athlete. But he's a damn good football player. He rushed for 1600 yards in the SEC, with a 5.9 ypc average. Not everyone just does that.

Dude was a walk-on that has had to bust his ass for everything. Maybe the NFL is too much but he's been going up against the odds every step of the way so I wouldn't bet against him.

I think it woud be better for yall to watch video highlights of this Cody Schrader kid, instead of relying just on those stats. Maybe that will give away what potential coaches see in him.

Exactly. The kid sees the hole and hits it. No dancing around. Looks like a good zone runner to me.
