The player that shocked me in this whole thing was Schrader I thought for sure he would make the team. But was I wrong he looked terrible in the preseason games. Gurerendo outplayed him and only had to use one game to do it.

Saubert probably the biggest surprise. They have to have an agreement with him to be re-signed later. Otherwise they lose their best blocking TE not named Kittle ?

Agree 💯% Schrader looked good to me till Guerendo ripped off that kick return, and Gurendo has good hands, and I think much better than Mason in the receiving department. Big and fast too. I can't ignore that.

He's a backup OT. I wouldn't say he's trash, he shouldn't be starting meaningful football games though.
he's a very unreliable backup and a serious problem when he's in. He would be very easy to replace. I'm always surprised they rock with him cause he can't play right tackle. you usually like your backup OTs to be swing.
