Patrick Taylor? Huh? Since I don't know him well, I would rather have had Matt Breida make the team lol.

Edit- oh he has size... ok.. durability probably played more of a role, as well as pass protection.

Exactly who?

Patrick Taylor is better than Cody Shraeder? I guess two rookies is too much.

you know how bad your OT depth has to be when Jaylon Moore makes the roster every year... dude is, and always has been, hot trash.

There were a few WZers screaming for OL in this draft including me.

Way more than a few. I think most are just disgusted, but their opinions are drowned out and spoken down to by a loud few.

We are going into this season half assed already. It is so dumb they did not address the o line further.

And what adds to even more frustration to our oline depth/lack of talent was reading about Shanahan defending not addressing the line as much saying something about you need to put resources into players that have the ball in their hands. For as smart as a coach he is, I think this is by far his biggest flaw. That and being obsessed with drafting a RB in rd 3/4 every year.

Schrader TBH wasn't that good. I liked him as camp competition but was hoping to see more. He didn't look any better than a RB4 and I understand us opting for experience and size over him there.

Ah I blacked him out of my memory. Yeah I hate him too. Worthless.
I figured Hufanga would be activated. He was cleared to ramp up his training. They can always leave him inactive for a few games to start the season if needed.

Agreed. I bought into the hype, watched the YouTube videos and thought maybe they just unearthed the next undrafted RB gem. What he showed in preseason left a lot to be desired.
Saubert and Rock Ya sin will be back tomorrow. They probally have one of those gentlemen agreements that you can only do with veteran's. They had to have Ambry and Feliciano make the 53 before placing them on IR or lose them for the season.

So we are only keeping 3 RB's +Juice? Or did Taylor make it as the 4th?

Taylor is on the 53 as per the official website.

Wouldn't shock me if Taylor were just keeping a spot warm for a wire addition

Definitely more than a few. A whole lot of people wanted OL. I wanted 3 OL with our first 5 picks.
Only two TEs and Tonges is the back up, that doesn't seem smart

the roster will change after tomorrow. moves still to come.
it's funny how people complain about "wasted picks" but at the end of the day - every team cuts most of their picks eventually. we hit on some too. it's very rare that someone hits on almost all their picks for multiple drafts in a row.

it also gets harder to keep a lot of the guys as your team gets more and more talented, this isn't 2017 where we need talent at every position. we don't have the luxury of keeping all the young guys all the time cause of guys we've picked up in previous drafts/udfa/free agency etc.

go look at BB last 15 drafts and tell me how he did in the draft. the whole thing is a crap shoot and most players, even selected in the first round, are busts after 3 years. it gets worse for the guys drafted after the first. we've been spoiled with how well we've done in some of drafts - we've hit on some awesome guys. a lot of homegrown all pros and pro bowlers. a lot of teams don't draft a single all pro.

Agree, and Aiyuk and Trent uncertainty on top of that 53 man roster changes too.
We kept Bell?
