using strictly stats to say Lamb is better than Aiyuk isn't quite fair. Lamb has had exponentially more opportunities than Aiyuk and Aiyuk does a lot of stuff that doesn't show up on the stat sheet.

For our offense, I think Aiyuk is a great fit. I think he def wants $30M+ right now. which may be a tough bridge to cross. I'd be curious what the actual hurdles in the negotiations are (outside of money) - like if Aiyuk wants 2-3 years and the niners want 4-5 or so. Guaranteed money, as well. I guess we will find out eventually but I'd be interested to hear that. the short term deal with a lot of guaranteed money would be tough for the niners to carry.

Lamb would be a GREAT fit here all the same. Pretending he wouldn't be because of bias team fandom is silly.

acting like stats don't matter is also dumb. They absolutely matter when talking about $$. Lamb is their offense he gets the targets to backup the reason why he should get paid what he will get.

Whatever Lamb gets doesn't mean BA will get as much. That's just my two cents. For sure helps BA to squeeze out another million or whatever. Doesn't mean he should be getting the same or even more.

The WR position is not the QB position. Like I said if that was true then every single WR would be resetting the market. Waddle/pittman/smith should have all been the highest paid WR at some point. s**t even EDGE isn't setup like that. Josh Allen and burns should have reset the market if that was true, which they didn't.

Mike Iupati vibes.

Not at all for me. Iupati looked like a guard, Puni looks like a tackle
Really? They're like the same size, I think Iupati is a little bit heavier.

I think the number and the tattoo are swaying your depiction just little bit

lol you're probably right.

lol gotta see past the number. I still remember draft people were saying Kevin White reminded them of Larry Fitzgerald.

Oh I don't see it either (just saw that and thought it was funny folks were talking about it). Iupati was a gap/power guy that excelled in run-blocking. Puni from what little I've seen/read, is kinda the opposite. I don't even think they're built the same. Iupati was a big SOB.

white/fitz haha yup I remember that one dreadlocks and wore #11

gonna crack top 10 this year 😏

I'm good with #28, at least he cracked the top 30.
wtf is this real?

not only this but the chiefs o line has led the league in holds for the last several years but haven't had a single holding call in the Super Bowl yet. How convenient

I remember MATOS being projected to be drafted by the 49ers coming out of Penn State.. He was a noise before Micah was at Penn State.
