Mordechai looked good in this game. I'd like him to be 3rd QB instead of Allen.
Mordechai will be on the PS
Mordechai looked decent but I have a hard time rooting for anyone named "Tanner"
His name more reminds me of this...

Zero interest in going through another saga.
Show up in September.

I'd be highly tempted to keep Mordecai and cut one of Allen or Dobbs (probably Allen).
Mordecai on a rookie deal could be a cheap backup for 3 years.
If we get to QB3 we are cooked anyway so we might as well go with the guy with the higher ceiling.
That's what we all thought when Brock came in for Trey / Jimmy. Sometimes those 3rd stringers can become franchise quarterbacks….
Agree💯% Mordecai looked better as a rookie to me than Allen did as a first year player, in 2023. Guys like Brock, Dobbs and Mordecai can become special in Kyle's QB friendly offense.

Kyle let his assistant call plays again. I wonder if he's preparing to step away from the in game play calling so he can focus on what's happening on the field. Things like clock management. When he's on the sidelines calling plays he's often looking at his tablet searching for the next play. I've heard him say many times after the game that he didn't actually see a play.

Allen or Dobbs? Both look pretty good. I think Allen is more of a continuity to Purdys style of play.

Dobbs. I don't trust Allen in a real game

it's cool that all our QBs seem to be able to operate pretty well, but yeah I'd lean Dobbs too personally

I didn't really pay much attention in the second half but I read that Jarrett Kingston looked good. Can anyone confirm that?
