Seems every time a bad play happened in the first half Willis was around it. Gurendo and Latu look good.

TE depth is not to good
Best part of Special teams in the preseason has been the kicking.
No pass rush to speak of in the preseason.

Most were coverage pressures. Multiple times purdy was able to hit his 4th read and no one open

It was both. Some poor pass blocking and a lack of WR separation was concerning given we were playing backups. Aiyuk And Trent were very happy with what they watched.

OL holding on pass plays is basically legal now. Just gotta accept it as the league protecting QBs and ignoring the violations.

They all but ignore false starts as well. It really is for entertainment only now and is a biased game for certain player's and team's.

The 3 guys who have asked for more money this offseason have really shown they have a case. CMC, Trent, and Aiyuk. And not by what they have done this offseason but by what has happened with them not there. Our receivers can't gain separation. With BA it's second nature. Our Left side of the line giving up pressures and sacks like candy. With Trent in there it's a strength in this league. And Yes our RB room is loaded but we are showing that without CMC we don't have that safety net for our QB's.

I'm really glad latu is having a solid game, even if he can't make our roster(hope he does) he will get on somewhere else
