...and learn to block. His PFF Rblk was 40.

Yeah, but he won the annual Kory Sheets award!

Still 1 spot open if the reports of Terrace Marshall Jr. signing to the PS is correct, imagine that we sign Sam Okuayinonu if he clears waivers.

I guess Graham wasn't claimed by Washington but he chose to sign to the practice squad there. Probably feels like he has a better opportunity to be elevated there.
Probably, but there is opportunity. The 3rd spot isn't locked down and Dre Greenlaw may be gone after this season. I'd still with the 49ers. Maybe Graham is one of Adam Peters's guys.

Drake Nugent to the practice squad.

small victory.....

need to go get IlmManning, he played RT and was great with us....he was cut

*edit..I keep misspelling that dudes first name
That would be a step. If they liked him before, why not now?

He's been released by the Cards, Panthers and now the Seahawks. He might not be any good

Mostert was cut how many times? Of course 99% of these guys aren't Mostert, but if ability is there, why not give a guy a shot?
Aiyuk is partly at fault for them losing Kingston (or any of the final players). He isn't contributing to the 53 but taking a spot up...forcing them to keep 7 WRs instead of 6. Ronnie Bell is essentially only on the team because of the Aiyuk situation.

We could use a LB, RB, CB and some OL help that are any good on the practice squad!

If they were any good they most likely wouldn't be released by other teams.

Surely you don't mean that? Doesn't every team have depth inequality due to drafting, injury and contract situations?

What I actually meant is if they aren't good enough to make the 53 then why would the49ers need him? I know it might be a spot that we need depth but a lot of fans seem to want every guy that's released as if they can have 40 players on the practice squad.

Agree💯%

At least Trent isn't using up one spot on the 53.

I'm really hoping Tanner Mordecai jumps to the 53 at some point during the season. Maybe supplanting Allen. We'll see.

I'm glad they got Nugent and Mordecai. Barrett has proven to be pretty good. Mason Pline is a huge TE. Glad to have him and get some work in. See if he can develop. I like this practice squad.
