Need a playmaker, not a blame taker.

The playcalling has regressed. Shanahan isn't this genius. He's just a guy

By the way who was the hot read on that last play?

Kittle was open at the snap

He was wide open and would have probably gotten at least 20-30 yards

Brock seems to hold the ball at times instead of just hitting the simple pass in important spots

I have to believe Kittle wasn't his first read, and by the time he saw Kittle it was already to late because the defender was already there. I had read Mason completely missed his block and he lost the ball on the prior drive to set-up AZ for their game winning TD.

oh well....he was bound to make mistakes right?

Let's not forget how gimpy this team is. McCaffrey, Greenlaw, Hufunga, Moody, Hargrave, that's 5 starters out. Kittle and Warner were playing hurt...

There are execution problems to boot, but we've lost all these games on special teams crap...
Injuries are apart of football. I hate when this is used as a crutch. You are never going to have a fully healthy season. That's why depth is so important to winning football.

I think this team thinks they can just turn it on and off whenever they want. Well they are mistaken. Seattle is going to be brutal.

The Cawks aren't that good either....

This team has lost to the two worse teams in the NFC west so far had leads on both then blew em. I don't have faith that they can go on the road in a short week into a hostile enviroment of a fanbase that loathes you and one of the loudest venues and win, if they can't beat the sorry ass Rams and the sorry ass Cardinals at home.

You do realize the players have to actually execute the plays. The play calling isn't amazing, it's not all play calling thought

Thank you for saying it out loud

How long do you guys sing this tune? Kyle called a shotgun on third and feet twice and got two field goals.

If he won one, you'd have validity and leverage. But he doesn't. He's like ten games over 500 in 8 years here.

Shanahan's play-calling in the red zone is garbage whitout CMC

Amazing that our offensive genius can't design plays to score some TD's by his own oh and his run game is s**t in the red zone too.

You do realize the players have to actually execute the plays. The play calling isn't amazing, it's not all play calling thought

For sure but there are enough boneheaded decisions in all phases of the game to place the blame squarely on kyle

KYLE must GO !!

He brings BAD LUCK to the team.. that's why we're often hurt, it's his bad luck.. there's nothing much else he can do here.. he needs a new scenario.. and we need a new HC..

I'm not saying he must go but plenty of damn good teams with HCs that are not the OC. Me personally, I'd be open minded but a bit worried as well. This team should easily have one SB win these 8 years. The squad was never better.

I think if Kyle goes though so will John. He would consider it a package deal. Not sure we are ready for all that.
Walker will run roughshod over this defense as well as Metcalf

So, in your opinion Shanahan has no fault at all for this performance. He's doing fine.

Meanwhile with a FG kicker off the street this week

Lose to the crappy Rams and lose to a bad Cardinals team at home. Not sure which loss is worse.

0-2 in the NFC West is what is known. Need to turn that around immediately starting this Thursday at Seattle.

I hate to say it but we're toast for the #1 or #2 seed. I know people will laugh and already know that, but in history what #1 seed had 3 conference losses.

We are truly a wildcard team this year. The only hope is the division and luckily our division is a joke. But in 5 games we already played ourselves out of the NFC race. Just crazy because every loss besides Minnesota we outplayed the other team.

Can everyone admit the Kyle shanahan sucks as a head coach and is a coordinator and will never win?

im tired of this s**t. Anyone would have won the Super Bowl with the roster and health we had last year…it was the best since 94. Right on par. He didn't.

if he can only do well with an all pro roster, and still not seal the deal, what the f**k are we doing?

He's a loser and he's brought a Minnesota Vikings and buffalo bills culture to this franchise.

I don't care who it is. It's time. It was time in 2020.

this and the rams. Two poverty franchises and he can't win.

yes there are injuries…many teams have em. Yes the defense. But he hired them.

the commanders are 4-1. The Vikings are. The f**king Steelers have Justin fields and have one loss.

mike tomlin is a head coach. He does better with XFL rosters than Shanny does with pro bowlers.

get rid of him

1. He doesn't suck as a head coach. No one goes to four NFCCGs and suck as a head coach. We know what a sorry head coach looks like. Kyle ain't it.

2. As a coordinator he's had good to great offenses for the better part of 16 years. So much so that a great deal of the NFL is eating off of what he's built.

3. He's in his own way. Foerster revealed one of our flaws. The team would rather invest in guys who score TDs than guys who protect the QB. Given Kyle's ability to get guys open, I'd argue he would be better off having a disciplined team that pass protected well, with less acclaimed playmakers than what we have now.

4. Because of our deficiencies we can't afford mistakes and the sad reality is, we are outexcuted by teams and outplayed in the most critical times, which is why this team continues to collapse.

5. Relying on vets or players in general who just don't have it. Now I do understand if we play the young guys, we will get a lot of mistakes. But I prefer that over guys who just can't play.

6. Given our red zone woes, we can't find ways to get the ball in the hands of Guerendo and Cowing in space where their speed can take over? Idk, maybe he's waiting for us to hit our nadir point of the season to go into his bag.

The guy is still is a top 5 coach, but his weaknesses are so glaring and I get the frustration. But we aren't firing this guy. Not this year.

I totally agree on Tomlin. Deserves way more respect. Kyle is great at having an offense that picks up yardage, getting average players to play above where they are, but the little things in managing the game to ensure we win? We keep coming up short.
