Has the league caught up to Shanny's coaching?

Boy....last year was our best shot at the SB and lost it on the final play. Who know's if we'll ever get back there again under Shanny/Lynch

He has one of the most expensive lineups in the league, he can't win with the dream team he wanted.

Time to move on

Who do you want to replace him that you know will do better?

Ben Johnson?

He is under contract in Detroit. IIRC, he re-signed for two years.

NY just walked in there and got a W. Unless we think kyle has lost the team (which is absurd) then I expect a pissed off SF team who's got their backs to the wall.

What exactly have we seen this year to think we aren't gonna get anything but sloppy mistake ladened football, it's been 4 straight game of it
Kyle's gonna will it to happen maybe?

Maybe he needs to relenquish play calling duties for real and focus on game management. He let someone else do it in preseason.

Give up his strength to focus on one of his weaknesses. I don't like this plan.

Doesn't feel like a strength now

This off-season is going to be critical to this team. Moves have to be made that may not be the most popular.

Trade Debo if they can

Kittle still has some use left but he vanished in the his revenge game SB. Trade him too.

Get a real kicker

Beef up the OL and the secondary.

Get a new DC

Maybe move on from Kyle or at least take away his play calling.

Bunch of players can walk, bunch of guys who are making big $ and not producing can go too.

DLine is trash and we spend huge amounts there, burn it down start over.

Plenty of places to start.

Pissed off SF team ? You mean the pissed off team that got embarrassed by LA and Minnesota…that came to face the Cardinals today ? Yea, can't wait to see them take their anger out in Seattle lol

we were a couple of questionable non-calls or a cmc fumble away from winning the superbowl

That doesn't prevent him from moving on to a head coaching job which I'm sure he will next year.

His strength is play design and scheming guys open first. I'll take that over his game day playcalling. As for managing the game, what else can be done? If he doesn't get hands on with that aspect, is he going to delegate that away forever? There's a great Bill Walsh coaching video on YouTube addressing this kind of thing.

We're losing to worse teams with "worse" coaches. He's not top 15…at least so far this year

That's not the name of a replacement.

Bill Bellichik is one, there are probably others out there too. Look at the Commanders, 4-13 to 4-1 leading the division with the changes they made and they were a dumpster fire of an organization, much lower starting point.

There are some good things in SF, QB being one, but there are many parts that are simply not working.

Questionable non calls? There were several when watching the replay, were bs calls. But not gonna hang on those because every team that plays KC experiences the same thing.

Hate wanting to start over because it means a few years of no playoffs but maybe it's time.
