Has the league caught up to Shanny's coaching?
Boy....last year was our best shot at the SB and lost it on the final play. Who know's if we'll ever get back there again under Shanny/Lynch
He has one of the most expensive lineups in the league, he can't win with the dream team he wanted.
Time to move on
Who do you want to replace him that you know will do better?

We're losing to worse teams with "worse" coaches. He's not top 15…at least so far this year
That's not the name of a replacement.
Bill Bellichik is one, there are probably others out there too. Look at the Commanders, 4-13 to 4-1 leading the division with the changes they made and they were a dumpster fire of an organization, much lower starting point.
There are some good things in SF, QB being one, but there are many parts that are simply not working.
Hate wanting to start over because it means a few years of no playoffs but maybe it's time.
Years? Psssh. Texans built that thing in a season. Look at Washington. Denver seemingly turned their defense around in a year. If we are going a mini rebuild, it should only take one year. We are replenishing depth and getting impact players earlier in the round than where we are user to drafting. This ain't the 2016 49ers. A few sensible moves and abandoning philosophies that don't work and we are fine.
Texans had three years of less than five wins before turning it around. Washington has been a dumpster fire for several years. Denver hasn't had a decent season since… when?
you listed three teams that prove the OPs point
edit: point being, simply changing the coach doesn't turn the franchise… changing the coach after years of top 10 drafting opportunities does.
