Never heard of him? That is funny.
I went and looked him up. He is very accomplished.
Good to be "introduced" to a former, well, star.

So, to make this a little more interactive, if the correct name is not discovered by the top of the hour, OR by 15 minutes AFTER the top of the hour, I may offer a small clue to help speed things along.

And SmokeyJoe, you were/are hot - meaning, you are pretty much sitting right on top of finding the answer.

Question 6 contains a single grammatical manipulation that was intended to divert you and lead you astray.

I want to thank SmokeyJoe and ChaunceyGardner, plus all others that took time with this.
SmokeyJoe previously wrote: "The harder the question the better."
And with that, I posted this particular question. Whereas, originally, I had wanted to save it for a much later date.
I'd like to let Question 6 just sit here on through the night, and part of tomorrow (Wednesday), I can provide the answer, with an explanation for it being the answer, tomorrow.
You who still have primetime hours today (Tuesday), feel free to post a guess. I just won't be able to respond to them until tomorrow. I need to power down and prepare for the morning.
Of course, feel free to leave it all alone, and come back when you want to.
Thank you again for the participation. I will be back on here tomorrow.

I'm going Ronnie Lott. He had to be our most accomplished rookie (young)

I have changed my mind after Krizay's post.
Randy Cross had 3 SB wins and a radio gig as a 'fill in" analyst for CBS in SB XXIV. His College career was outstandingly accomplished when he was young.

I like it but it is too obvious to me.

I thought the same and thought the grammatical manipulation was young in place of youngster or something. Is it true only six players have won 4 rings with the 49ers?
Joe Montana
Jerry Rice
Ronnie Lott
Jesse Sapolu
Eric Wright
Keena Turner

Only other play i see maybe is that the debartolo's are from Youngstown ohio. But both Eddie D and Jed were around for all 5 superbowls so I'm sticking with Lott
EDIT: Jed alive not so much around
