And after having the audacity of firing 2 super Bowl head coaches where did that land the 49ers? ZERO super bowls. It led to what was the beginning of the dark ages of the 49ers as well

Eddie D did some great things in the 80's and 90s and i'm forever grateful. If he would have kept Seifert as head coach we might have got another one. But he thought coaches are easily replaceable, like some of you, and rolled with the next guy. Then next guy.

Jed is pretty good. if you listen to his calls with the draft picks, that's one of the highlights of the offseason. they can be pretty awkward but he never fails to try and welcome new guys to the squad. he doesn't run from it. meanwhile, i think he fixed his bald spot. he set a pretty strong standard (super bowls), now it's up to the players and coaches to live up to it, if they simply do so, we are champs many times over. just waiting on that to happen. it's on the players and coaches now.

Jed learned his lesson it seems and i have no complaints since he has hired Shanny.

Harbs brand of football is outdated. Him hiring Greg Roman a 2nd time s everything you need to know. i remember us fans begging for him to get a new OC but he stuck with Roman and we had a mid offense the entire time. Roman couldnt even do anything with Lamar Jackson.

Unlike some ego maniac owners. Jed and his parents let John and Kyle run things. Actually it's Jed since his parents only provide the money. Ownership needs to have confidence in their GM and coach. They shouldn't be meddling in the on field stuff.

Substitute Harbaugh for shannahan with last years team. No way he doesn't get it done. Shannahan can't get it done with last years team? He ain't ever getting it done. Things were hardly "perfect" in past year's playoffs. Also, I find the lack of evidence for Harbaugh "getting it done" on the NFL level lacking.

I understand pretty much all of what i read here. Its cope. Most would rather cope than admit that your teams probably never gonna get it done with coach shanny. And you can't even legitimately say "hey, maybe we'll get lucky somehow and he can get it done". Nope. Last year was that year, and he still crapped the bed. Our best chance will be when shanny is gone and we have a chance to get someone who can close out that game when the opportunity presents itself again. And yeah, theres always the chance that the FO f's it up and gets the wrong guy. Thats sports. We just gotta hope that we eventually find that guy who can actually get it done.

What other coaches do have in mind to replace Kyle? I'm more than half the teams would love for us to fire Kyle. He would be hired the next day.
